Two-Hole Anchors are used as an economical way to achieve high tension loads in thin panels or low-compressive strength concrete.
The Two Hole Anchor is effectively used for stripping panels from tilt tables and transporting panels. It is also a good choice in applications where spread-type anchors can't be used and in panels constructed with lightweight concrete. It is designed with a second hole that can accept additional rebar or a Tension Bar to increase lifting capacity and distribute lifting loads deep into the concrete.
Two Hole Anchors are manufactured from high-grade steel and are available in safe working loads from 0.7T to 22.0T. Two Hole Anchors are available in black, zinc-plated, galvanized steel or stainless steel. Special sizes and hole positions are available to order.

Application of Two Hole Anchor:
The head of the Two-Hole Anchor is similar to the head of the spread anchor. The second hole in the lower part of the anchor allows an additional reinforcement bar to be used. Anchorage in the concrete is achieved with this additional reinforcement bar. Longer anchors with more additional holes can be made on request.Spread anchor is a responsible transport anchor system.the anchor will be delivered prefinished and can be used for installation in all concrete components.before using the spread anchor the environment has to be checked which is specified in the installation instruction.the two hole anchor is technically equal to spread anchor.but the two hole anchor has to complete with reinforcement as installation instruction.

The Two Hole Anchor is easy to install, saving construction teams both time and labor costs. Typically, the anchor is cast into a recess in the precast concrete element, and is embedded into a molded recess. In position, the anchor makes a secure point for attaching to lifting equipment.
The two holes during installation allow for flexible placement of lifting clutches or hooks in order to maintain precise control of the lift. In complex lifts it is very useful to have this flexibility because you can adjust changing the various angles of the lifting and alignment. After it has been satisfactorily anchored, lifting equipment can be attached to the anchor points on the precast element, enabling its lifting and transference to permit safe use. In terms of time saving this installation process is also user friendly, and reduces the chance of poor lift setups on job sites.

Q: How to choose the suitable suction force of the magnet box?
A: The suction force of magnet box is recommended to be 600-800kg for the production of composite slabs onstable platform, and the use spacing of the magnet box is adjusted according to the heicht of the formwork(generally 1 -1.5meters one piece), in the production on vibration platform,1000kg magnetic box is moresuitable. when producing wall panel,1350kg magnet box is suggested;when producing prefabricated beams,columns or other special-shaped components,1800-2100kg magnet boxes with customized.
