What is Wewin's Shuttering Magnet System?

1. The wewin magnetic formwork solution specifically constructed to support the precast concrete industry is a shuttering magnet system. High strength magnetic boxes along with an integrated steel housing and alloy, provides this system with optimum functionality, durability, and functionality in securing form work when casting concrete. With this innovative system however, steel and wooden molds are compatible, so this is a versatile approach to different production environments.

2. Due to the compact nature of these magnets, however, their holding forces range 1350 kg, 1600 kg, 1800 kg and 2100 kg. How to Use Shuttering Magnet in Precast Concrete Production?

Positioning: The shuttering magnet is placed where on the steel mold you want it.
Activation: On the magnet press the button to activate its magnetic force and secure the magnet to lock the formwork deep inside of a structure.
Adjustments: Fit form work in the precise way for fine casting.
Casting: The concrete is poured into the mold and the formwork stays securely in place by the shuttering magnet.
Deactivation: The button will then be pulled with a liver to deactivate the magnet and remove the formwork, once the concrete has set.
With this process, the concrete casting is carried out smoothly and efficiently with low chance of displacement or misalignment.

Structure and Elements of Shuttering Magnets:

The Shuttering magnet assembly consists of steel Casing and fixing screws and a switchable magnetic block or magnetic core (certain designed magnetic circuit) which is made of some strong neodymium magnets and steel plates.

This magnetic core provides very much strong adhesive force to the precast concrete tables.  There is a control ON/OFF button on the top of the shuttering magnet, to open or close the magnetic power.
