Cast-in channels/Anchor channel is a flexible and effective solution to fix various items to precast concrete, It is for easy installation, and adjustable connection. Anchor channels are C-shaped channels with swaged bolts to transfer the load into the concrete. This material is removed easily in long sections and is 100% recyclable. The reliability of C-shaped groove embedded parts can reach a certain level, the production quality is stable, and the pull-out force can destroy the load up to 72KN. It has good conditioning properties and can perform three-dimensional conditioning.

Its special connection method can absorb relatively large civil engineering errors and has a large residual adjustment capacity, while the adjustment residual ability of flat embedded parts is smaller than that of the C type.

Sensitive connection: It can be directly connected to various transmission systems to simplify the connection and reduce the construction process. Flat embedded parts have poor sensitivity. When connecting to the system, angle or steel plates must be welded, which adds to the process.

Q: How to choose the suitable suction force of the magnet box?
A: The suction force of magnet box is recommended to be 600-800kg for the production of composite slabs onstable platform, and the use spacing of the magnet box is adjusted according to the heicht of the formwork(generally 1 -1.5meters one piece), in the production on vibration platform,1000kg magnetic box is moresuitable. when producing wall panel,1350kg magnet box is suggested;when producing prefabricated beams,columns or other special-shaped components,1800-2100kg magnet boxes with customized.
