Magnetic Chamfer:

Rigid steel chamfer with magnets embedded designed to create beveled edges on concrete. Mainly used to make a 45 °bevel to the two adjoining faces of concrete framing. It also could be used to make a notch on concrete. Magnetic steel chamfers are reusable & have magnets strong enough to securely hold the chamfer in place while still allowing for easy removal. OEM&ODM are welcome.

Choose the single-sided magnetized option if attaching to one steel surface at a time, such as a steel table or steel faceplate. The double-sided magnetized option provides an extremely secure corner attachment when you're working with two adjoining sections of steel.

A: The suction force of magnet box is recommended to be 600-800kg for the production of composite slabs onstable platform, and the use spacing of the magnet box is adjusted according to the heicht of the formwork(generally 1 -1.5meters one piece), in the production on vibration platform,1000kg magnetic box is moresuitable. when producing wall panel,1350kg magnet box is suggested;when producing prefabricatedbeams,columns or other special-shaped components,1800-2100kg magnet boxes with customized.
